Kris Putnam-Walkerly Referral Program
For the past 25 years, the majority of my business has come from referrals. As you know, busy philanthropists and foundation leaders receive a lot of solicitation. Through trusted introductions, I’m able to support them and positively impact their organizations. Through referrals of a trusted philanthropy advisor to your colleagues, you can help advance their work, reduce their stress, and strengthen the sector!
To make this easy I’ve created a new referral program. Read about it below and how to make an introduction, should you find I might be of service to one of your colleagues, friends, or acquaintances.

Expand Your Impact, Amplify Your Benefits
How it works
Step 1: Send an introduction to a qualified referral via email. (See “How to Refer” below)
Qualifications: Kris Putnam-Walkerly’s ideal clients are ultra-high net-worth donors, CEOs of grantmaking foundations, and leaders of corporate giving programs and philanthropic family offices. They want to increase the clarity, impact, and joy of their philanthropy, and recognize they could benefit from expert advisement.
Step 2: Receive a referral incentive
Should the person become a paying client, Kris will provide you with an optional referral incentive in one of the following forms, according to your preference.
- Option A: A donation in your name, paid directly to your non-profit of choice
- Option B: A cash bonus, paid to you personally via check, Paypal, or Venmo
- Option C: A 2-Hour Complimentary Consulting Intensive with Kris
- Option D: Another incentive we co-create that suits your needs
Bonus and donation amounts will be equal to 5% of the contracted consulting fee up to $10,000, paid within 90 days of receipt.
All referral incentives are optional, as some prefer not to receive incentives.
Step 3: Receive + Enjoy!
If you choose to receive any of the options above, Kris will reach out to confirm your choice and notify you when the chosen incentive has been distributed. If you choose a complimentary consulting intensive, arrangements will be made to schedule the appointment.
