(Kris is also available after hours and on weekends for urgent matters and emergencies.) Kris will return your call within 90 minutes and respond to your emails within one business day, if not sooner.

Mastery Program

  • New CEO Assessment
  • 90-minute kick off call, which includes assessment review, goal setting and prioritizing, and development of an initial action plan for your advising engagement
  • Coaching calls every two weeks
  • Immersion Day with Kris in Cleveland, OH or at a mutually convenient location.
  • Priority, unlimited access to Kris for advising on all matters strategic and tactical between 8:30am – 5:30pm ET M-F.
